David S. Bartelstone has over a decade of experience litigating hundreds of matters involving a broad range of state and federal real estate disputes. David’s real estate litigation experience includes title insurance prosecution and defense of lenders and homeowners, lender liability matters, residential and commercial easement and boundary disputes and unlawful detainers. David has successfully represented dozens of clients, including title insurance companies, title and escrow companies, and private and institutional lenders. His experience includes all facets of civil litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial, and David also has a wealth of experience handling of real estate related probate and bankruptcy matters, as well as California state appellate matters.
